Reagan's Mother's Day Out had its annual Christmas program a couple of weeks before Christmas. His class sang 3 songs, and Reagan did pretty good. He sang/danced/did motions for 2 of them. The past two years he just cried.
David used our Flip Video to record the performance, so it isn't a close-up of Reagan. However, it is fun to watch his whole class. Reagan is second from the right.
This is "Dancing Machine". Be on the look out for:
1. The Washing Machine
2. The Egg Beater
3. The Oil Well (or "whale" as Reagan calls it)
4. The Locomotive
5. The (Broken) Robot (my fave!!)
6. The Airplane
7. The Sprinkler (!!!)
Oh yeah! And the horn playing!
What you can't see is the serious dance face that all the kids have during the part before the specific dances start. That is why the audiencce started giggling as soon as the the music started and the kids started moving.
I love how Reagan pets the stuffed lamb behind him and then makes a break for it. He did go back and sing the last song, though!

I'm so happy you posted this video. Kennedy and I loved watching it together. We laughed and laughed. I was so absorbed in Kennedy that night that I didn't get to really enjoy all of the other kiddos. They all did such a wonderful job!
